Rupert has  proved to be highly successful
at getting media coverage for the events
in which he takes part.




In August 2009 the launch of Rupert's book on the RAF in Lincolnshire in Sleaford was featured in the Sleaford Standard.

Earlier in August the news that Rupert was writing a book on "Food and Drink in Leicestershire" for Tempus Publishing caught the eye of the media. Rupert did an interview on BBC Radio Leicestershire while the Melton Times covered the story - follow this link: Tasty Book



On 12 August the Northampton Chronicle featured Rupert's campaign to improve public access to the battlefield of the Battle of Northampton (1460).

























IN the first week of August, the Lincoln Echo featured Rupert's views on Post Office closures affecting the county.
















On 19 July Rupert was on the front page of the Ollerton Advertiser talking about traffic congestion and the lack of action by the Labour-run local council.



























In the last week of June Rupert's "Henley Bunfight" attracted the attention of several newspapers. Here is the article from the Northampton Chronicle.









On 10 June Rupert was the guest star on Radio Northampton's "Desert Island Dishes" show, talking about his favourite meals, dishes and recipes.








On 30 May the Loughborough Echo reported that had been in town to help the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate there with a door-to-door survey.








On 1 May the Rutland press reported Rupert's presence at a fund-raising coffee morning held by the Rutland Conservatives.
