Hello and Welcome to my website  I am proud and honoured to have been shortlisted as a candidate in the 2014 European Elections by the East Midlands Conservatives. As a businessman in international publishing and with experience in politics, I have a unique view on the issues facing Britain as we seek to renegotiate our relationship with the European Union. The European Union is undemocratic, unaccountable and massively inefficient. It is now moving ever faster towards political integration and constitutional unity as those states using the Euro seek to bolster that crumbling currency. Those - such as Britain - that do not use the Euro are going to find their relationship with the EU drastically altered. For those of us who have never been happy with "Ever Closer Union" and have been sceptical of the meddling mindset of the Brussels elite, this is an opportunity to be grasped. Britain has the chance to build a new relationship with the EU. That may take the form of drastically renegotiated terms of membership or it may involve leaving the EU altogether, but we cannot allow Britain to remain bound by the current straitjacket of membership rules. Whatever happens we must ensure that what we achieve is the best deal for Britain.
